I think your best way is to let people creating orders on your woocommerce site. and then you need to make a call to an SMM panel in backend that will order.
and then you need to create another automation that checking if the order is delivered or if there are some issues so on.
Back then I developed something custom that doing it. it took me less then 2 months before the AI era.
The recommended way is just to find another smm panel that give you a whitelabel (I found out about it when I finished working on it)

I found a WordPress plugin called PanelHelper. I thought about using it with WooCommerce and payment via Mercado Pago. What do you think?
