Automated phone calling software

I'm in need of software that would allow me to upload unlimited amount if phone numbers, create a prerecord message and call to those numbers either one by one or simultaneously. I have seen some services but that prices are very steep. Would anyone know of that type software or a very affordable service?

I would advise against this for a few reasons...and without knowing more, some of them won't apply.

It would help if you would expand on:
- what are you trying to accomplish (a call back from them, a warm transfer to a live operator, someone to visit your site etc)
- where did you get the list to be called
- are you trying to reach consumers or businesses
- how many numbers are on this list, how old is it etc

I would advise against it because:
- if these people haven't expressed interest, you are just spamming/annoying them and you are not going after a targeted market, which is a waste of time and money
- if you want to reach people business or consumer, why don't you call, or hire someone to call this list and TALK to people to determine actual qualified, interested parties
- if it's a residential list, have you run it through the DNC
- it is not the best way to generate revenue or new business as it is just throwing out a huge net not knowing what's under it

I'd be happy to help if you want some other options.

Try VOIP services like Twilio and you can use their REST API's to customize or develop your own application with the way you want to call.

it needs to understand human voice... or very good text to speech api.

I needed a similar program/service 2 years ago and nobody could help me. I called all companys in my country and no help at all under a budget of 10.000€.

What i did? I coded a script that does what i want.
I had no program language experience at all and learned it.

asterisk pbx is an open source program, and you could use vxml.

wow never new this exisisted... sorry dont mean to jump in on your conversation...

I see this is a difficult task, you can ask some one here to do that for you or maybe if you have enough knowledge about coding, you could do that as well. If you buy one its going to cost you a very huge amount.
