Automated OpenVPN config creation

I'm looking for a provider of residential OpenVPN configs, preferably something with an API

Does anyone know where to find something like this?

I am now aware of such solution but you can make one by yourself if you have necessary skills:
1. TS/JS framework like express or FoalTS with libs to execute shell scripts
2. Server configuration, management and automation via terminal
