I am running a video campaign on my page. If someone posts a comment on my videos, is it possible to send an automated messenger reply to that person with the link of the video on which he has commented and also is it possible to send an automated reply with a different link who is commenting on another video??

Assuming this is Facebook you are talking about?
 
That's risky. Facebook might tag your comments as spam. It is also best if you would make it more personal instead of having a bot do it. I think that would be more enticing to the potential client. :)
 
No facebook has automated reponse only for the messenger and not for the post
