Automated link exchange?

I have a big list of thousands of sites that use the same script for link exchange, i can't do it manually. Is there a way to automate this, with a macro or something?

Yes - PHP and a MySQL database is best. With PHP you can also grab a pages content and check of the link is on it.

will the php script add my links to all the sites from the list?

Are they running some kind of software? If they are then it might be possible i.e if they're all running the same link exchange software and you join their link exchange. Otherwise, no, you can't just add your link.

Or are these all your own sites?
