I am not looking for some quick cash grab. My goal is to build a website that will generate passive income in the long term.

From my research about GSA I have found out that this is spamming and may work for tier 2 and tier 3 but not 100% sure. Spamming with backlinks will not offer safety for long therm. If you wanna build something on long therm then GSA is not your option. You need to grow your site with hq unique content and hq unique backlinks.

Basically if you are planning on building an authority website that will generate income over a longer period of time -> go white hat

If you want to earn money quickly and move on to the next project -> grey hat (gsa, pbn)
