Hey guys, I'm looking for recommendations for tools that help build foundational links and diversify link portfolios—things like building web 2.0s, forum profile links, social bookmarks, etc.- and then maybe use these tools to blast tier 2 links and help index tier 1 links.

I've heard about RankerX and GSA SER. Do you recommend any other tools? Does anyone have experience with these?

How’s your experience been with these two?
 
RankerX is decent if you’ve got clean templates and know how to warm up accounts properly, but it's slow. GSA still works for tier 2/3 but you’ll need to spend time scraping your own targets — public lists are nuked.
 
I haven’t used RankerX, but I’ve worked with GSA and SEO Autopilot - and honestly, I wasn’t very impressed with the results. This kind of software might still be okay for building Tier 3 or Tier 4 links, but you shouldn’t expect anything highly effective from it.
Google seems to have gotten much better at telling the difference between organic backlinks and those that look unnatural.
 
Beyond RankerX and GSA SER, consider Money Robot Submitter or SENuke X for diverse foundational links (Web 2.0s, profiles, bookmarks). For tier 2 blasting, GSA SER remains common, while dedicated indexers like Speed Links or Indexification can help get tier 1 links crawled. Always prioritize quality targets over sheer quantity.
