Nothing in life is free! If you are serious about growing it invest in Massplanner or Followliker or Use Instagress.

If you only have one account you can also do it manually, while sitting in the train, watching tv or something else (I did it at work haha). But if you don't have the resources for that just get one of the softwares mentioned.
