Automated favoriting?

Hey,

Does anyone know of a bot / script that would let me automatically favorite people's tweets from a search result. For example, i'd like to be able to automatically favorite any tweets mentioning 'lady gaga' in the last hour?

Does Twitter have a limit on this?
