If you're using it for link building it's not very effective. You could get some traffic from it if you're not familiar with it your time is much better spent using other approaches.
I Need a workable automated backlink tools which done within 1 hour. Have u any idea please advise me.

You'll have to provide a little more detail about the task that you want to complete. If you're talking about tier 1 links I'd go with rankerX, seoautopilot or manual. I personally use rankerx for tier 2 but many others use gsa.
Daily i post my and other social site 200+ article. I want automated backlinks tools and done within 1 hour.Which is the best for me Please inform me.

I don't think you would be able to make 1000+ backlinks to each of 200+ articles within an hour. You can always use Scrapebox or GSA to spam the sh*t out of them, and yes, they could probably make about 500+links to each article. However, these would be spammy links.
The most of the time in the process, RankerX and similar tools, spend on account creation. So if you want to achieve a total of 200k links in an hour, you would need to create at least few hundred of social bookmarking and web 2.0 accounts, add them to your private network, and then post to just these. Since posting itself takes less time without need for creating accounts, you could manage it this way.

Xrumer is dead for last 8 years. At least. The botmasterlab tries to bring it back to its heydays but well... its sucks not on it limited functions but very weak interface, instability, high res. usage and above all that there's mean and rude customer support.

Why would you want to create soo many links in 1 hour? it's just spamming and can only decrease your website ranking rather then increasing.

Gone were the days where the links from forums were authority - these type of links have been devalued so much, now that it does not contain content, or anything on the forum profile, and most forums that are readily postable contain full of spam, it's just not worth it to spend so much time on just 1 backlink profile - forum links.
Of course, there seems to be underground movement that has modded the scripts involved, and that has extended the lifespan of the tool, but not sure where to get those?

I'm not sure backlinking is essential anymore,it hasn't been for the last 4 years but that's just my experience.
Select a few diverse level back links from different TLD'S,about 20 will do the trick in my opinion.
Looking busy without sales is just a waste of time.

All these mass spammy link building tools have had their day. Especialyl in the hands of an inexperienced n00b, you will end up doing more damange than good. i would spend my time learning much more efficient backlinking techniques such as blogger outreach or social media management.

its a software to spam a section such as a forum and blog commenting etc..., usually this tool used for tier2 and tier3.we don't use this tool whitehat purpose.

i was thinking of buying Xrumer, from here it seems its not that great.
