Hey all,

I am planning to create a new soft to upload automatically videos to many video sharing websites. I have tested both Video Post Robot and Video traffic assistant and found them inappropriate for my needs- too slow, too buggy-.

I want to create a perfect uploader, very fast and very reliable, with extra features added in it.

Please tell me, if you were to use such an uploader- what kind of extra features would you like to have, or what disadvantage have you observed at video post robot and video traffic assistant, or similar softs, and want to be repaired.

Thanks for anyone who gives me feedback about it.

I was thinking about this the other day, not that i've ever used youtube, but just the culmination of reading on this forum.

I'd like to see a proper lazy man's tool, a "fish" as Yanik Silver would say.

A program which downloads, watermarks, uploads, tags, comments by proxy, and hits by proxy. Kind of an all in wonder. :D God know's if it's even possible, i've not even familiar with the required work load without a tool.
 
Tried Video Traffic Assist..it sucked.
I had an account with Traffic Geyser...let it go, it was cumbersome and I hated a monthly charge.
Was looking at VideoPostRobot or TubeMogul...TubeMogul has some kind of click tracking, so you have some kind of idea..who is looking at what...

My ideal VideoPoster would work something like BookMarkingDemon...I want to buy it one time, get updates,....

I think I would definitely like it to be fast like Traffic Geysers, but stand alone like Video Post Robot. Also I would want it to post to social bookmarking sites and the option to post the audio and an image to Podcast sites like traffic geyser.

- It would really be ideal if we could track each campaigns video views by site with in the app.

- An account creator would be ideal too. Traffic geyser has one you could refer to.
- Include all video sites that both traffic assistant, video post robot, and traffic geyser submits to.

Ok...that's it for my dream app!

Hey Nick!
I havent used video post robot, but what I need is an uploader, which creates accounts in all the best video sites in the same time and then it uploads videos from a list while rotating the user accounts. Of course it must be able to fill out the tags, description, etc.
Hope it helped a little.

Nick Flame my suggestion isn't really unique, I just don't believe it is always followed as should be.

Make this product easy for the newbie. Barry Scott,DREAMCHASR and the rest posted above me got you a good start, just make it do everything and make it easy to do :D

As Barry Scott appropriately put it "God know's if it's even possible, I'm not even familiar with the required work load without a tool."

Video scares the hell out of me, I don't know why? Make it easy for guys like me
and we'll make life easy for you.

and that you could MASS upload videos (ie, set up a whole folder full of videos and let them go) rather than having to do one and wait before you do the next one.
 
1) create multiple accounts using proxies and using catchall email adresses
2) getting keywords to description and tags automatically from most viewed videos (This is the most important part)
3) uploading the files to different servers

4) populating the videos (may be an external program)
4.1) Sending friend requests
4.2) Joining groups
4.3) Increasing the view number with using proxies (its important too)
4.4) Rating the videos

These all are very important to an automatic uploader. Please remember that the most hardest work at video work is choosing the keywords. If you can add a script for that it would be great.
 
Hey Nick how's that software developing?

How many sites for uploading did you have in mind?

How many are possible?

Would it be a resource hog and slow down a PC ?

What about adult xxx video?
,, hundreds of sites there, and webmasters are looking for an uploader.

I have video post robot, it's pretty good.
I think it does stumble at a couple of sites because the site itself has an unusual upload process compared to others.
 
The possibility to add new tubesites. For example, tomorrow tubexxxfuckme launches and becomes big. I don't want to wait for the software to update. I want to be able to add this site to the database myself. Tell the soft, this value in the software here, should fill in that form field there. Done.
 
I'm with screwster on the adding your own sites thing - it could be like a macro recording process - you go through the process of signing up for an account and uploading a video at a new site while the software is recording, and it tracks the navigation and required fields for both.

Adult sites would be awesome.

Also, I'd definitely want to be able to save profiles. For instance, with categories - I don't want to have to choose every site's category for every upload, I would want to be able to define a category profile (for instance, for "music" or "sports"), then choose that one option and have all the categories populate from the profile.

Additionally, profiles for different sets of sites. Maybe there's a certain set of sites I know are good for tech tutorial videos, so I could tick those off and save the profile. Then, I could select that profile and the program would only navigate to those sites for account creation/upload when that profile is in effect.

That would kill!
 
Dam does that mean we cant hh-a*ck you sh*t. JK keep it cheap and you will make alot of money. Like around the $30dollar range and you will get atleast 1000 sales right away

It would be badass if this was server side, so that those of us with slow internet connections could just run it off a VPS...

Jus tthat you have to be invited to get the software. There trying to keep it off the market because they dont want its cheaks spread wide open. There gonna be launching it soon though, so it will be out soon.
 
Hi Nick,

I would use/buy it.

Ideas: If you could have the app distribute x amt of videos from a single folder distro'd into different YT acct's, that would be great. The tags that karum mentioned would also be helpful - I would have these rotate somehow to keep YT from finding all your work and removing them in one fell swoop killing your entire campaign. As for watermarks - eh, that's easy and if you have multiple campaigns this would only slow down the process.
