Automate twitter workflow

So everyday its the same routine for each of my 30 twitter accounts: unfollow people who don't follow me so I can follow more people, follow people who have recently followed me, then follow more people in my niche accounts till i hit the follower limit. This is a pain with 30 accounts, I can't imagine what it'd be like with 60 accounts or even 500. Can someone save me from RSI and tell me if there is some sort of way(other than outsourcing) to automate this process. Btw I am using proxies.

I use a program called tweet adder to manage my twitter accounts.I hope this helps.

Hasn't Tweetadder deprecated the use of autofollow since verion 4.0?

I would take a look at instagram Megabot, I think it has this function
