automate safelist link clicking

I was looking for a program that would work like a verifier where it would open the mail and click the link. Perhaps only the first link as would not want it to unsubscribe from future mailings.

Is there such a program? or would i need to get someone to program it.

I am not a programmer, Is it possible to do this?
