Autodownloader Script

can anyone provide a auto-downloader script for my PPI exe file? i'd like to launch the download and have the transfer dialog popup as soon as someone accesses my page.

i'm assuming there are some java scripts out there for this but could you do it another way?

Could you use a meta refresh?

i can use anything. do you have an example?

what's the best way to do something like this?
