Autodialer service

Hello! I search for a site, service. Which will help me to call the telephone base, and play an audio file, tell me the cheapest service?

Most VoIP phone service packages have an Auto Attendant that should be able do that for you. I have never used these for outward calls, only inbound, but from my understanding it can be done either way. Nextiva, Grasshopper, RingCentral are a few that should have the capability. I've been using twilio openvbx for some time, but once again, never for automated outgoing calls, but Its been useful for my purposes. Good Luck to you.
