Autoclick tool recognizing text

Does someone know a great autoclick tool what recognizes text?

Here is what I wanna do. You have an online test with questions in random order, and answers in random order. One is for example:
What do cats like?
- Corn
- Mice
- Grass

Now I want to automate making this test using an autoclick tool:

If text = "What do cats like?"
Click on sentence = "Mice"

If text = "Question?"
Click on sentence = "Right answer"

If text = "Question 2?"
Click on sentence = "Right answer"

and so on...

It's a bit of a complicated tool I wish for and can't find something. Maybe you guys do know a tool like this?
