What's the best pinging service? I had a buddy recommend kingping. Also, how often? I don't want to get banned.

I would never go around spamming links in forums or other ppls blogs unless you want to get WHAT THE FUCK pwned by Mr Competition.
Seriously, some fucker who wants to get higher PR tha you is just gonna visit your website and direct bot traffic/click your adsense ads a couple hundred time and what do you know next week you get a nice email from google telling you to find another advertisement service to work for.
I found these are the only working plugins, obtainable on these forums and google:
Caffeinated Content (goes down sometimes)
Platinum SEO
Ping Crawl (theres no GUI, no way of telling if that shit actually works)
Google Sitemap Creator - With google webmaster tools, you can upload ur sitemap and get all ur pages indexed.
Also, when using CC: I found its pretty much pointless to make Categories, if you select COMMUTED< it automatically grabs and creates categories for your content.

Not really, from my testing 5 months ago, the 5 that I did basically just get indexed because of my keyword selection. I use the keywords from wordtracker, and then I make them the titles to be auto posted.
The 5 are still indexed by the way, so they seem to have a 100% survival rate awell.
However, I will probably end up split testing 100 here 100 there, using SSESs link exchange, and ASP on some of them, just to see if that increases the hits and revenue.
My aim is just to get .50-$1 per day of each one on average, thats a nice 90k-180k per year income all on auto pilot :yield:

I just checked mine and everything looked OK. Do you remember hitting "save" after entering your ID?

JDavis, you can monetize in any way you choose, heck you can even do ecommerce with a few datafeed plugins.
The only thing I will say about using a$brite, and I am sure I will not be the only one with this opinion, but A$brite revenue potential is a lot lower than assense. You will probably make around 10% with A$brite as compared to what you will make with Assense.
