I am wanting to purchase 1,000 domains (.com) to start a network of auto blogs. Do you think I can easily make my yearly expenses back and then some? Since 1,000 blogs is a lot to manage I will only be submitting the domains to search engines. I will be using Google Adsense and Amazon affilate program to generate revenue. So I would be relying on search engine traffic. Any plugins or anything that could make this a lot easier for me? Any tips would be appreciated.

If you will be relying on adsense, be sure to include making multiple adsense accounts in your plan. 1000 domains is too much to risk in only one adsense account.

But yeah, if you could combine it with proper SEO, I'm pretty sure you could make your yearly expenses back.

I'd also recommend starting for about 20 domains first to test if you're doing it right before going full blast.

do you have 7.000$+ for the .com domains, per year? :)

Yes I have plenty for the whole set up. Autoblogging is really just an investment idea for me so I don't spend my money on stupid things.

Thanks for the info man. I figured it would be best to run a few adsense accounts to. I was thinking about setting up multiple business accounts. I think I will try out 100 domain test.

That is $10k a year for the domains only then there is the hosting problem several dedicat3d servers that is at least $2k a month and you need different IPs

In total $34k minimum expense in the first year.

You can't know how much money you can make in that time.

Then you need content

And the content owner sending DMCA notices, and when they keep on coming your host shuts down some site.

I won't recommend, you lose to much time and there is no guarantee

Ah DMCA is something I did not think of. I currently have a few good servers that I pay a lot less for and handle 1-3,000,000 uniques a month. I might be wrong but I think with my ********* servers I am the one to receive the dmca not the actually company who owns the server. I am thinking I should start out at a small scale to see what sort of profits I can make. I think I will purchase 100 instead of 1,000. For content I will just grab feeds. I know a lot of people have been getting away with it for years with no complaints. If I get a few complaints a year I guess that won't be to bad. I should definitely look into other investment options.

Really the only way for me to make profit is if each blog made at least $5 a month. Use corporations for my adsense accounts and write off what I can.

even you have money for 1000 domain, it doesn't mean it could be done in a day. why don't slowly build 100 per month and you will see if it works.

Recommend you do a test drive first before you scale up. Work out a formula that works for you that drives Adsense revenue then scale up. You don't want to go out with a 1000 blogs that are not setup right and that are not driving revenue. Plus are you sure you enjoy this type of work because a 1000 blogs is going to take 60 to 80 hours a week to roll-out in the beginning? I think people just assume all I have to is drive to $5 a month day for each site. Well that gets you to $60K if all works out but before expenses. Take out expenses and your hourly really tanks.

On the plus side you can flip the sites as aged sites so they are not worthless even if they do not drive revenue. Good luck and let us know how you do!

1000 .com domains are too much, you should try 100 first, I have 40 blogs at the moment, do some promotion, about 100 bucks per day, which is cool...

how even its possible to maintain such amount of webpages. what type of software you guys use ? i am searching for a big chain of blogs where i can promote my webpage ... what is the best way to do it ? somebody can help ?

Look to software like Autoblog Samurai and WP-Robot plugin to help. In any case it's a lot of work and I think it's a mistake to think that autblogging is necessarily that scalable unless you are a experienced hand with them.

ughhh.... i hate seeing these autoblogging for adsense threads, people don't think out of the box anymore, there is something that is old, proven, tested and works and pays much more then adsense or affiliate products or even your own thing. with one autoblog in any niche you can probably score about 300-3000 a month in revenue without adsense or affiliate products, theres too much risk in relying on adsense and affiliate products if they want to bann you cause there having a bad day they will

1000 is not a lot of work if you have wp set up like I do. It literally takes me 3 minutes per blog and there's really not much maintenance to do.

What's that?

exactly how is that?
you have to configure your hosting from domain,
go to cpanel for fantastico, configure that, go to site and get it configured..
in 3 minutes???

im planning to make 100 blogs just.
But gonna start with 10 first.
if i see return, i ll do more.

I recommend the wprobot wordpress plugin.
You configure it with your affiliate links and it embeds them automatically.
Highly recommended!

Part of my idea was to out source most of the set up. Really I am just in this to hopefully make a profit. If no profit is made it won't hurt me. I have a lot bigger projects going on that bring in 4-5 digits a day. I just thought it would be nice if I had it all set up let it run and never do anything to it again except pay for hosting, domain renewal and collect checks. Maybe have dmcas forward to some one I can pay to remove the requested content from the blogs. I don't really plan on getting them all at once maybe start with 100 and the next month maybe get 100 more. I don't really have lots of time to spend on them. Oh and I assure you I think out side the box with most things I do and that is why I am successful :). Most people who start threads like these probably think out side the box in there own ways. You can't really judge some one by one silly thread.

Also thank you everyone for giving me input! I really appreciate it.
