autoblogging using wp-automatic and copyright issues?

hello,
I'm building auto posting blogs using wp automatic but
the original blog owners or news site can sue me for copying the contents?

there is fair-use in DMCA law in the U.S. where you can copy a part of the content for giving your personal views about it (like giving your opinion on a news article). But if you are copying whole article then it can be an infringement issue.
Give a credit where ever possible.
 
I do the same in my autoblogging site where I am using wp automatic plugin. But I make sure that I give credit link back to the source. So far only one person has contacted me for removal and that was also a small time blogger who didn't know much that actually she was benefited from my site. I removed her content and she was happy.

Its been many months now and I have thousands of articles fetched and published with credit and disclaimer at the end of the article. No copyright claims so far.

Yes, my site is monetized with Google ads. But the approval was got before I converted it into autoblog. I had published around 60 to 80 original articles in it and got it approved first. Then I installed wp automatic and converted the site into autoblog.

if the owner has issues, they would usually contact you first to take down the blog / article.

if you do not comply then they will contact your host.
