Autoblogged Question

How do I set Autoblogged plugin to run or fetch rss every 6 hours? I can't find where to configure it, I've already read the manual but it was not clear on how I will do it. Hope someone can help me. Thanks in advance!

am setting up autoblog on my site at moment and this was to be my next question for someone, how often should you update do you think 60 minutes will put up a few too many posts on your blog per day that may get you flagged.
