Autoblog without Wordpress?

I have searched high and low for a better way to do autoblogging.

I know there are scripts out there to do it it's just I can't find any, as of yet.

I seen this site answerdigger.com that seems to be doing autoblogging via RSS feeds using a custom script.

What scripts are out there for republishing RSS feeds in autoblog style bt without using Wordpress or any other resource hungry CMS?

I think Autoblog Samurai can autoblog with blogger.com. Its here in the downloads section.
