Autoblog stupid questions

You are doing it backwords.

Find a niche that will be easy to rank and get organic traffic for then build a autoblog around it. It all comes down to proper keyword research.

You will get organic search traffic based on your post's content. The more "mature" the blog the higher percentage chance someone will g00gle a long-tailed keyword in one of your posts.

Use the WP plugin Twitter Tools too. You can get traffic this way. Look at the huge thread about "Twisted autoblogging method" for details.

I believe from my brief experience in ABs that patience is a virtue required to be successful in this method.

You can but it won't make a difference. If it's a new domain with no PR or anything then it's useless for 301 redirects.

Once google see's the 301 it'll drop the site from it's indexes and use the new pages/domain.

you should make some real posts on those blogs too, then bookmark them socially (digg/whatnot)
