Hi.

I was checking my Statpress stats on one of my WP autoblogs recently and I happened to notice in the "latest Search Terms" section a visitor from google who viewed one of my pages through searching for a particular keyword.

It caught my attention as the post had only been made 10 minutes before!

I just did a google search for another post that was made 7 minutes ago and it came up in the results.

I am getting around 5000 spider visits a day. (not sure if this makes a difference)

My visitors numbers are increasing every day now too. Getting 400+ a day now and 80% of them are coming from google.

My question is.. is it normal for pages to get indexed this fast?

I'm new to autoblogging so excuse me if this is a stupid question!

Are you using Twitter Tools to automatically update Twitter when a new post is created? I've seen Google crawl a new post 12 seconds after it was tweeted.

Google loves Wordpress for some reason.

Your autoblog stats seem pretty normal. Most of my blogs do 65-75% organic search in a relatively crowded niche.

I am using Twitter Tools actually. That may be it then!

yes is normal,
try to add ping optimizer plugins
and paste a view ping list

i think thats normal, would you like to share how you do auto blog...

I'm also interested to know more about your autoblog. Perhaps we could share information.

I have few blogs on blogger, when I make new post it gets instantly indexed so I think it is nothing extraordinary.

the google caffeine update is indexing pages at lightning speed now it seems, so it's prob a combination of twitter tools and caffeine
