autoblog and blogger

so i see autoblog is not such a good idea to be used for blogger. I have yet to fully comprehend autoblogging, as i'm still a newbie to all of this. However is it only possible to autoblog with wordpress then? What about adsense, since you can't put it in wordpress, you can only rely on traffic?
