-(AUTOBLOG)-a certain category only

I am searching for a way to start an autoblog in a certain category of my wordpress site. and the post be in that category only.

-the reason for this is because I want to start a news section on my blog and have automatic news post related to my niche.

I also want it the words to be spun so that I dont get sued by the article authors

can you point me into the right direction of autoblog plugins for wordpress?
