Auto Vote that support captcha solver , ip changer with some alive proxy lists

Hi there im new in this forums , and i wanted some help making a successful auto voting program for my online game , its a conquer online private server and i have noticed alot of ppl using auto voters which makes it so unfair for the owners of p-servers like me so what i wanted is a auto vote bot/program that loads ips and change them and solve captcha using deathbycaptcha solver service and vote for my p-server like what the other ppl does to be exact i need it for xtremetop100 if someone could help ill be really thankful and please even if u wanna ask for some cash i can do it if the project worth it
