Yeah, there are a few ways if you know your way around Python and working with APIs. Not exactly plug-and-play, but definitely doable if you’re technical. Should be as free as that gets and with code you can reasonably trust, it's yours after all. Or you could just get one made on the Hire a Freelancer section, that's also an option but it isn't free so there's that.

You would still need to use an API based tool to do that. I know that fanzella offers something like that but contact their support team and double check.

Tools for automating sending private mesages directly are already present. For voice messages, do you want them to be auto-converted from text-to-speech, or you'll just provide an audio clip beforehand?
