rtdeleter does not seem to work.
rtcleaner does but no time frame function - it's all or nothing.
Looking for another service that works _and_ has a scheduler.

I can see a reason for wanting to "unretweet" something, however I am not sure what type of programs are out there other then using something like hootsuite to manage multiple accounts at once.

I have been using it for a long time and it works very well. It is $5/year which sort of sucks but it's a small price to pay for such a huge timesaver.
To those of you asking why he is asking this, you have no purpose or reason to post on this thread. There is absolutely a purpose and if you're unaware of it, then you're a beginner when it comes to Twitter. Don't undermine him for being ahead of you.

A person looking for an answer should provide an answer. Is that not fair? They might be legitimately wondering the benefit. If he doesn't know how to do it then he obviously isn't too far ahead. No problem with you guy, but you're being hypocritical by undermining others

Fine, here's an answer. Larger accounts, generally those upward of 20k (although there a few under 20k), have or are a part of decks and hoots. Lots of large accounts sign into a group Tweetdeck or Hootsuite and get a certain number of retweets off all the accounts per hour. I have a 50k account in one and it ends up getting around 20 retweets on it per hour since each account is allowed to retweet twice per hour off every account in the deck. Spamcleaner automatically removes them after 10 minutes as these are the rules of my deck. You must leave them on for 10 minutes. Imagine unretweeting those manually, it would be torture not to mention your followers would feel spammed.
I don't mean to be condescending but it makes me livid when a "socialmediapro" says there is no purpose for something like this when it is blatantly untrue if you know what you're doing. Personally, I appreciate your activity and contributions to this forum which is why I decided to give an explanation. Hope this cleared things up for you.

Thanks buddy, much appreciated. I get where you're coming from and I agree about the comment. I guess at first I felt coitza, who was legitimately asking, was unfairly included in the remark. It was mostly just OP's reaction that irked me for some reason.
