Im looking for a auto tweeter that will post a tweet that i type in, to a certain hashtag.....for

example:

if i wanted the hashtag #dog, i want to send a tweet to everyone that uses that hashtag?

is there any free program for this?

Definitely not free that's for sure. But you can do it all manually, just type the hashtag in the Twitter search and start replying to them by hand

Yeah you can do that manually but if you really want to make things automated, you can hire a programmer to make a bot for you.

Doing it yourself may be the best and free way to do it but also time consuming. Hiring someone to make a bot for you would be ideal but may also cost you quite a bit.

Hiring a programmer is probably your only way to be able to do this if you are not wanting to do it manually yourself. I know you will not get a free program that can do this.
