Does anybody know randomized twitter feeds that will allow me to pick certain subjects, quotes, etc. and do random tweets all day?

Looking for something that tweets all day like this user:

yup, you can upload a list of tweets from a file , OR , you can add multiple rss feeds and tweet each time the feed gets updated. twtzilla does that for you.

Is there a central location for the best RSS feeds or do you have to create each one manually?
