Auto Tweeter?

One where you can load your text and time interval and let it ride. I've looked and looked but can't find a working one on google. Then I used the search engine here and didn't see much result. I seen the hummingbird program but it doesn't do exactly what I want it to do. Unless I'm stupid and looked through the prog too fast. I found some freeware that would have been perfect but some jackass coded the load txt feature part of it wrong.

Any suggestions? I did find a web based auto tweeter but it was just as much work as actually using the actual twitter homepage.
