This guy is posting the same message to a random person on Twitter every 3 minute and I was wondering which application is he using?

His username on Twitter is yogurtsmoothie.

This can be really useful for me.

It's poster via the web so cannot tell which exact software he is using but could be the paid version of SDAtweeter or tweet attacks?

I though it was TweetAdder but that hasn't the option to tweet to a random person...
