I stand by sick submitter, it is far more economical than all other tools out there, and capable of hitting up a nice number of 2.0's. Plus you can add your own rather easily.

I use the Rankwyz free account, it takes a little while to get used to the interface, but it's free and it works a treat. It will post to any web 2.0 site you want it to. It will create new sites for you, or you can insert your network into the system and automate content onto them. I use it to add content to my expired high page authority Tumblr blogs, works a treat
