Auto social network updater with recurrence + rotating

Wanting to know the name of desktop programs that can do the following:
- sending updates to social networks every hour or/and every X minutes between the next update (recurring)
- can rotate the updates from a given text file.


With the names you give will try to search the net and download it, test it, and share it here.

if someone could write a script that can update ping.fm then you can update around 30-40 social networks at the same time... this would be a great script

Yeah update ping.fm and update hellotext. Thats about 100 networks.

But most important is that it can take prewritten lines from a text file and send it between a x and x minutes.
