everthink with socail is low volume but many accounts stop bans sorry
i am telling you what i no works , i am not telling you stuff that lose accounts sorry .

100 accounts post 10 comments spread over all accounts 24/hr .= 1000 posts .
maxmunium ill go.
i can not prodict pageviews that upto your content skill to intise traffic.
the better your advert the better the views .

Good advice. Find what works for you and keep doing. Don't try and find the limit and push closer and closer. Can you do more? Maybe. Does it increase the risk? Probably.
@op take everything you read online with a pinch of salt. No one knows exactly anything. Just what they have tried with their accounts and their experience. Read > test > review > improve > repeat
