Auto reply to a keyword on twitter?

http://www.twitterhawk.com do this but charge over 4c per tweet, still looking for a free solution or one that just charges a one-off fee, doesnt cost to send a tweet!

I was one of those on the fence about tweet attacks due to owning about 4 other twitter apps, finally broke down today and picked it up, and though I'm still figuring it out, it's a pretty powerful twitter app. Won't be needing the other ones now! :)

I'd say go ahead, it's a good investment if your serious about twitter marketing!

Hey guys looking for a programmer, I wrote something a while ago that could fit the trick.

The basic concept is that every 5 minutes I grab the rss of my search topic (the name of a US city in this case) and parse it for the user information, use the API to post a retweet (can be any message I want...) @ that user. It could be modified for multiple accounts, custom messages, etc...Message me if anyone is interested, I've been meaning to expand it and was thinking of providing it to the general public....message me if you're interested...

BTW, my bot has been running for just about one year, and has 38k tweets, 1337 followers (lol...) and has yet to be banned...simple little toy to see if I could do it...
 
I developed - no longer own it - a softwqare to search tweets for keywords and send DM's from multiple Twitter Accounts - http://www.hotautotweeter.com it worked really well. But I don't know if the new site owner is still updating it.

Tweet Attacks is the best at this, hot auto tweet is difficult to understand whats running and whats not, the ointerface isn't that great, Tweet Attacks doesn't use the API and proxies can be used.
If it's only for one search term and one account then there are some yahoo pipes that you can use with twitterfeed http://storecrowd.com/blog/retweet-bot/

Pay for what you use! dont jst use it for free!! dont jst shi* on people, they also have a stomach to feed.
