Auto Reply to a certain user's tweets.

Hello everyone!

So I've been trying for a few weeks to find out a way to automatically reply to someone as soon as they tweet. (like, be the first reply on celeb's tweets)
The only things I've found don't reply to the tweet, it mentions the user but doesn't reply to the tweet or only replies from keywords...
So yeah, can't find a way to auto reply to a certain user's tweet. Some people say it's a javascript but actually...

I've seen someone on Twitter who has a Software (I can't show the pics of the Software she tweeted since I just joined BHW so PM me if you want to see them? Basically you have to fill these informations: Text (140 Characters), Screen Name (where you put the username of the celeb for instance), Tweet Count, then you have the options Start, Stop, Add to list, Delete Selected, Get tweets, and then there's "Auto Tweet The Following Names" with all the tweets scheduled.). She won't give the Software to anyone... Anyone who knows how to do? I've really tried everything but nothing I've found on the internet replied to the user... It offers the auto-reply feature but it's for business so it's really expensive... The software the person is using is free and really minimalist. :)
Anyone else who knows something about it?

EDIT: Just so no one misunderstands this (since I've read a lot of posts about this and everyone always does haha :)) I want to reply to a certain user, not to some keywords ! (:

Peharps IFTTT? I know you can automate some tasks with it. You should take a look and see if you can make automatic replies when a specific user tweets.
 
I tried IFTTT already but it doesn't allow to use the AT sign unfortunately!

IFTTT is If This Then That, you put a trigger on any social media to do stuff. :)
So I've been trying to find a tuto to auto tweet with imacros on google and only found mass follow scripts or mass tweet scripts (which don't answer whenever a certain user tweets but when people tweet I think?). Damn I keep trying to find but well.

Try twidiumapp. That should help you with the mass reply tweets!
 
maybe you can put together something with imacros, if you were to build something from scratch, i think the hardest part here, that you practically need to constantly update a users feed who you want to reply to and monitor it for changes

you don't necessarily need to use the twitter feed for this, you can use twitter search with operators, in this case you want to use the "from:twitterusername" string and monitor the "Live" tab of the search or you can create columns for every user you want to monitor in tweetdeck or hootsuite using that search string, if you can build a monitoring macro for those easier

maybe you can do that with the if statement, if an element is found on a page (which is triggered by the new tweet), then do that, but it requires some javascript knowledge, which i don't have lol, so i can't really help

edit: ok, someone was right about IFTTT, i just made the recipe and published it:

i haven't tested it, but i think it should work
if i'm not mistaken IFTTT executes the recipes in every 15 minutes, so worst case scenario, you will reply in 15 minutes after the tweet has been submitted

there's no need to use the @ symbol when making the recipe, IFTTT will automatically put it in your tweet into the appropriate place, if you use my recipe from above

I talked to the girl who has the auto tweet software I posted pictures of above. She said she couldn't give it to me because it's codes and scripts and that if I knew something about well, codes and scripts I wouldn't need her help. So unless someone is good enough in scripts/codes to create a software like this to me, I think there's no way to do it. Anyone knows where I can find someone who could do it? (:

There's definitely a demand for it. Some custom bots already offer this. They are not free like the OP requested, though.
 
Maybe you can get a bot made for it, I've made something like this before.

Thought about followliker, but I wouldn't spend so much when I only want to use the replier. I want it for a personal use (and not marketing). Thank you, tho.

Yes, there is a demand (I've seen a lot of posts about it before but none of them is still working / gives the exact feature.)

I think a bot would be fine, probably, I don't know much about scripts and this kind of stuff to be totally honest.
 
This is a bit old but I'm wondering if anyone has come across anything like this since?
 
Plenty of tools out there that do this you just have to know where to look ;-)
