Auto reply feature in Twitter . Where can i find it?

Hello fellow members.

I Need a website, bot, program, script or whatever platform that can provide me a one specific Twitter feature,

The feature in question here is the " Auto Reply ".

I'll explain more.

So i load a list of a twitter users @User1 @User2 @user3 @user4 etc.

and set up a specific tweet.

and whenever these users tweet anything, I'll automatically be able to be first one responded to that tweet, Plus at the end of my tweet a code that change every time to so i wont get suspended or not able to tweet cause of being spam.

I just replied to a similar thread with this: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/get-free-twitter-bot.905090/, it can be something you're looking for or exactly it, if the bot supports search strings, what you would use in Twitter search, in your case: "from:username". I'm not sure if the tool supports this or only hashtags/keywords, you can ask the OP in that thread.
