Auto Red Flaged with IG creating accounts

After testing out all my opcions i have no idea what is flaging me.
Let me explain, I was trying to create ig accounts, but every time they send me a code to mail after verifing i get the challeng, when i saw this I started to change things so I could find what was flaging, I list I all did:

• Conecting to another wifi
• Using phone 4G data
• Using a virtual machine to emulate another "user" or pc
• Using cyberghost vpn
• Changing MAC adress
• Conecting to router with a wire

Anyone knows what I am missing?

Changing MAC adress wtf only this is not enough!!!!!
