Auto posting and media acct syndication

Has anyone had experience with improved rankings using unique auto generated posts that get auto syndicated to the big social media platforms like G+, FB, Twitter, etc. I'm wondering if the new posts on a website and created social signal/links will boost rankings using something like this: http://goo.gl/1Gx8RQ by Nextscripts

I use those systems and am familiar with them all. Services like Onlywire, Hootsuite, IFTTT, Sendible can autopost and bookmark to your personal social media profiles for you.

Using a social media syndication service will allow you to autopost to your own accounts and thousands of other people's social media profiles. As far as social signals I've noticed my Youtube videos sometimes climb to the first page after syndicating. What you want is consistent shares over a period of a month.
