Auto Pinging Site / Software

Not sure if this is the right place for this. So sorry if it isn't. Does anyone know of a website or software that will ping 50k - 300k urls to the top 10-30 ping services, such as blogsearch, snap.c0m, syndic8.c0m etc etc?

Im pretty sure Bookmarking Demon can do this, if you add the list of sites to ping.
