I have a 2 year old blog with many posts which permalinks are in day and name order .But I would like to change to post name permalink .So,It will affect to all posts .How can I auto redirect old post permalinks to new ones without having 404 error.I don't link to do manual redirects .

go to permalinks and click post name, i think this is what you mean.
