I have tried and got results with google calls only ads but sometimes its too expensive.
Can somebody suggest how can it be done without using google.
Will Facebook or other ad networks give results i.e. calls for this genre.

I am thinking of creating a mobile optimized page and promote it using native ads. Will it be a strategy worth trying?
