Auto (or semi)-posting: Facebook to Instagram - possible?

Instagram requires a mobile device in order to post, auto-posting is technically not allowed. That's why you won't get it out of the "normal" white tools.
What you can do is open Instagram on a desktop computer, shrink the browser window or switch to mobile view to make it look like you're viewing from a mobile device. Refresh the browser window if it doesn't work instantly. Viola, Instagram in your browser with access to your PC file system - uploading photos / commenting is a breeze.
Next step you can automate it by either writing your own js script and running from the console, or use a chrome automation plugin to "record" and play it automatically.
I know there are some plugins on codecanyon as well, not sure if they work or not.

does this work with scrapping user followers?
I am trying to scrape all user followers with python without any luck. I think there is a restriction on the number of scrolls allowed for the browser. Is there any other methods for scrapping all of the user followers?

the very basic method is installing the simulators:
For Mac: install ARC wender and then install Instagram
For windows: install bluestacks and install Instagram
then use it as using it on mobile
