hi my project is to
do auto mention
to followers of some user

for example
i have picture in instagram
and i want made auto mention to particular account
sor exampe this user @miso in instagram
i want to mention some of his followers for example 2k mention in my
picture
i want project in any language of programming

Do you want that every uploaded picture has a mention of an specific user? Is that it?

i will choose picture and do 1k or 2k mention
the followers who had mention it will be from one famous user in instagram

2k mentions per image? Does instagram actually allow that many mentions?

Also, if you do that, I think you are probably risking your account.

I can make a script to pull the followers of the account you give, and mention them in your picture using their API, if they have those functionalities.

looking for the same,

but i am thinking maybe comment bot can do that isnt the same? load the users list instead of comments

I don't think you can mention that many people in the post but you may be able to post the picture on IG then just place comments with all your mentions on that photo. But then again you will be limited and will probably have to make multiple posts on the same photo with more mentions. I can build you a specific tool for this that will allow you to enter the number of people you want to mention on a particular post if that's what you are looking for.
