is there any software that switch the IP address automatically in windows 7 :06:

Try Elite Proxy Switcher (google it), even the free version has the automatic switcher. Hope it helps.

Hidemyass vpn is the best. They charge a small monthly fee but its totally worth it. You can configure their client to rotate proxies automatically over a specific set of time
 
depends on what you need it for? different ones do different things. Some take a long time, others are services that are expensive but worth it. As metioned above PR is very good, but expensive. I have never had any trouble with them, some down times but thats it.
 
I really need to read dates before posting, lol....Only 3 month old thread...who revived this?
