Is it possible? so that any post from my blog gets changed into a bit.ly link when its posted

seems like twitterfeed uses that but you'd have to take the RSS from your blog..maybe there is an easier way

You might want to take a look at the new update that tweetdeck put out, the newest version has an integrated even more with bit.ly

socialoomph lets you put in your bit.ly info so that
you can use it

Twitter Tools plugin for WP will do that and even allow you to specify hashtags to add to your twitter posts. So it will take your blog post, make a bit.ly url, add the hashtag, and post.
