Just out of curiosity, why do you need an affiliate?
Set up a lead generation website for your town or nearest major city and generate leads for your local insurance agent. They'll pay anywhere from $35 to $75 per exclusive lead.
Best of all there's no waiting. As soon as you have a lead they pay you. It's also easier to promote than affiliate sites.
HOWEVER, a better market would be either life insurance, retirement planning or home insurance. Then you're talking about $75 to $150 per qualified lead.
