auto forms filling auto registration

What I need is a program that will read a csv or txt file that i have with 40,000 identities and i want to go to websites and fill in the forms using one identity at a time to the same website over and over again. Can anyone build or suggest a program that will read my identites and register me over and over again on differnt websites on identy at a time set by time interveals or when i click on a button to have the form filled. I have tried roboform but they dont offer importing of the id`s, i macro would mean id have to take the time to learn how to program it to do this and i dont have time to do it myself. Yes i will pay to have this program built or if you know where to buy something like this already let me know.

make sure your script mixes up the ip address and os. Also consider AM's will check and see if the ip matches the state from which the lead was generated. In other words if the form includes a mailing address it is possible that the AM will look to see if the ip comes from that state.

A lot of things could go wrong so be careful
