Auto fill form from a database

I have searched extensively and I know there are lots of ways to fill in forms with the same information such as imacros, autofill greasemonkey scripts etc. I have yet to come across one that will fill in forms and click the submit button with information from a specific list.

Well I would suggest that you read up on terms for the CPA companies and if you want to cheat and lie - at least do it from several IP as a start.
